Side Door Coffeehouse returns July 10 with local performers in Brunswick

Side Door Coffeehouse will return to Brunswick on Friday, July 10, with open-mic signups from 6:45 to 7 p.m. and music running until 9:30 p.m. The volunteer-run night at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick will feature Ambrosia, a longtime trio from the church, along with vocalist Stephanie Bernier and pianist Derek Herzer.

The church presents Side Door as a relaxed place where professional and amateur musicians can share their talents while neighbors gather for music and conversation. That mix gives Sagadahoc County an affordable night out that is smaller than a ticketed concert and more informal than a formal recital.
