Jamesport Fire Department moved its fireworks display up to Friday night after Saturday’s forecast raised the risk of bad weather, forcing families, volunteers and vendors to adjust their weekend plans. A 2026 event listing described it as the 71st Annual Bazaar, and Riverhead Local said the bazaar ran July 14-18 with carnival rides, a parade and fireworks.
