23-Year-Old Millville Woman Dies in Vineland Multi-Vehicle Crash
Emmaliz Rosado, 23, of Millville died after her car was sent into opposing traffic and struck by an oncoming commercial truck on Delsea Drive shortly after 9 a.m.

Emmaliz Rosado, 23, of Millville, was killed after a multi-vehicle collision on Delsea Drive in Vineland shortly after 9 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026. The crash involved Rosado’s car, an SUV, and an oncoming commercial truck and occurred during morning traffic.
“Emmaliz Rosado was traveling north on Delsea Drive in Vineland shortly after 9 a.m. when her vehicle collided with the SUV, the Vineland Police Department said in a statement on Monday evening.” The Vineland Police Department said the initial impact sent Rosado’s car into the opposing lane.
“The impact sent her car into the opposing lane, where it was hit by an oncoming commercial truck, police said.” Police statements describe the commercial vehicle as an oncoming truck; officials have not released make, model, carrier or whether it was a tractor-trailer.
“Rosado was extricated from the heavily damaged car and transported to Cooper University Medical Center’s trauma center, authorities said. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital, officials said.” Emergency crews’ extrication and the transfer to Cooper’s trauma center reflect the severity of the crash and the reliance on regional trauma capacity for critical cases.
“Police did not say whether the other drivers, a 34-year-old woman from Millville and a 43-year-old man from Vineland, were injured.” The Vineland Police Department identified the ages and towns of the other two drivers but has not released their medical status or whether they were treated at hospitals.

“Delsea Drive was closed for several hours following the crash.” The extended closure during the morning commute disrupted traffic on a major Vineland corridor and required coordinated response by police and rescue teams.
“An investigation into the crash is ongoing. The Vineland Police Department is asking anyone with tips to call officer Christian Morales at 856-691-4111, Ext. 4942, and reference case number 26-9591.” Investigators have not said whether charges will be filed; they have not released details about the commercial vehicle’s operator or company, which will be pertinent to determining regulatory or carrier oversight questions.
This fatal collision raises immediate public-safety and emergency-response concerns for Cumberland County commuters: a multi-vehicle crash involving a large commercial truck on a busy morning forced prolonged closures and activated trauma services at Cooper University Medical Center. Authorities continue to seek information from witnesses or drivers with knowledge of the sequence of events by calling Officer Christian Morales and referencing case number 26-9591.
