ACE Pickleball Club took a formal step toward expanding its Texas footprint on January 8, 2026, submitting plans for a roughly 34,000 square foot facility at 22713 Kuykendahl Road in Spring. The filing follows an earlier site registration in Sugar Land at 19894 Southwest Freeway and fits a broader push by the chain to place larger dedicated venues in Houston suburbs.
The planned Spring location is sized to support ACE’s range of offerings, which the club lists as clinics, tournaments, private events and social mixers. ACE’s operating model emphasizes open play organized by skill level, paddle demos, court reservations and participation in the APC Member Championship Series, all programs that could be hosted at the new facility once it opens.
Membership structure at ACE locations is tiered and flexible, giving players options based on frequency and schedule. Examples from ACE locations include a $20 drop-in rate at some clubs; a mid-day membership priced at roughly $59 per month or $599 per year; and an unlimited membership around $119 per month or $1,199 per year at other locations. Those tiers allow occasional players to use drop-ins while regular players can choose mid-day or unlimited access to maximize court time and club benefits.

For local players and organizers, the Spring site would expand access to organized play and event space nearer to northern suburbs. Clinics and tournaments provide development and competitive opportunities, while private events and social mixers broaden the sport’s appeal to families, corporate groups and social players. The skill-level separation in open play helps newer players find appropriate matchups and reduces friction for those looking to improve or compete.
No official opening date has been announced. Company filings and ACE’s website list the Spring and Sugar Land locations but do not provide a timeline for construction or launch. Players interested in ACE programming should watch the club’s site for signup and reservation details, and consider the mid-day and unlimited tiers if planning regular play.
