Lonny Dobler, PharmD, MBA, Named Ivinson VP of Clinic Services

Lonny Dobler, PharmD, MBA, has been named Ivinson’s new Vice President (VP) of Clinic Services, starting this month, the hospital announced in a press release dated Feb. 20, 2026. Dobler had served in the role on an interim basis since October 2025, and the appointment makes him a member of Ivinson’s senior leadership team while formalizing responsibilities he has held since last fall.

The VP of Clinic Services position was established to provide dedicated, admin-level leadership to Ivinson Medical Group’s growing clinics, the release says. In his permanent role, Dobler will oversee all outpatient clinics, Cheyenne and Rawlins outreach and the newly-acquired Ivinson Urgent Care, according to the hospital statement outlining the scope of operational oversight for the medical group.

Doug Faus, chief executive officer at Ivinson Memorial Hospital, framed the hire as part of a strategic expansion: “Ivinson Medical Group has grown tremendously over the last several years,” he said. “This structure will provide the necessary support our clinics need as we continue to expand access to care across our region.” Faus added praise for Dobler’s leadership: “Lonny understands the clinical and operational side of healthcare, and has a leadership style that’s really focused on people,” and “He improves how we work while making sure our teams feel supported and heard. That balance is critical as our medical group continues to grow.”

Hospital materials trace Dobler’s Ivinson tenure to 2018, when he joined as Director of Pharmacy; he later served as Senior Director of Ancillary Services. “Dobler joined Ivinson in 2018 as Director of Pharmacy and later served as Senior Director of Ancillary Services. In the latter role, he led significant process improvement efforts within cardiopulmonary and the lab, strengthened team culture and increased retention,” the release notes, and adds that Dobler brings over 20 years of clinical leadership experience with him.

Ivinson Memorial Hospital identified the VP role as part of a broader investment in clinic leadership to support continued expansion and operational excellence across Ivinson Medical Group. The hospital’s press release lists the affiliation as Ivinson Memorial Hospital - An affiliate of UCHealth, and metadata accompanying the release references a social media spotlight asset labeled “Lonny dobler spotlight social 3 Sprout Social 2,” though no social copy or images were included in the materials provided.

The hospital says Dobler’s permanent appointment is effective February 2026; he will continue overseeing the medical group’s outpatient network and outreach programs as Ivinson advances its stated goal of expanding access to care across the region.
