Markforged, now Nano Dimension, names Phillips exclusive partner across eight states
Markforged, now a Nano Dimension company (Nasdaq: NNDM), named Phillips Corporation its exclusive partner to sell and support Markforged systems across eight Southeastern U.S. states.

Markforged, a Nano Dimension company (Nasdaq: NNDM), announced on Feb. 23, 2026 that Phillips Corporation will be its exclusive Markforged partner across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma to expand sales, service and support in the eight-state Southeast region. The companies framed the move as a channel expansion intended to improve regional access to Markforged systems and software.
The announcement carried a PR dateline of Colfax, NC & Waltham, MA — February 2026 and identifies Phillips Corporation with operations tied to Hanover, Maryland while Metal-am copy references Markforged in Watertown, Massachusetts. Phillips is described in materials as a global leader in manufacturing solutions and will add Markforged to its existing additive and hybrid portfolio.
Metal-am reported that Phillips will distribute Digital Forge, Markforged’s AI-powered AM platform created in Watertown, Massachusetts, and quoted Markforged CEO Shai Terem saying, “Partnering with Phillips Corporation provides Markforged with additional distribution across the Americas and Asia, while giving Phillips’ commercial and federal government customers more tools to help them reinvent manufacturing and run more efficiently.” Terem also noted, “With Markforged, Phillips Corporation customers can harness the power of additive to do everything from optimising their supply chains by producing parts on demand to truly transforming their businesses.”
Phillips CEO Alan M Phillips framed the deal as an introduction of Markforged systems to Phillips’ customer base, stating, “Phillips Corporation is extremely pleased to be joining forces with Markforged and introducing their products to our large base of commercial and federal government customers.” He added, “We intend to pursue the tremendous potential for our subtractive customers to be introduced to the Markforged price-competitive design-to-print additive technology.” Phillips’ public materials also highlight its hybrid capabilities, listing powder bed fusion, directed energy deposition and cold spray systems, and note that the Phillips Hybrid Division is enhancing offerings with an MX3D M1 System in Hanover, Maryland.
A LinkedIn post tied to the announcement listed the eight states explicitly and summarized customer benefits in a single quoted line: “Faster service response / Deeper application support / Streamlined account management / Stronger regional infrastructure.” Social snippets including Instagram copy mirrored the exclusivity claim; LinkedIn source fragments also included the number 22,095 followers, though the materials do not clearly attribute that follower count to a specific account.
Company and marketing materials cited a range of Markforged products and programs as context, including headlines such as “Markforged Offers Its Eiger software Free,” “Markforged Releases Eiger Fleet to Scale Additive Manufacturing,” “Markforged Introduces the FX20,” and “Markforged Announces the Metal X Gen 2.” Phillips’ marketing also features a campaign titled “Beyond the Quote: Breaking down the true value of 3d printing” and cross-brand imagery that includes Phillips, Markforged and InssTek logos.
The public release does not provide contract length, financial terms, installation timelines, or named pilot customers in the eight states; those details remain to be confirmed with company spokespeople. Metal-am and the PR materials identify target segments as Phillips’ commercial and federal government customers and note that Digital Forge is used by blue chip customers in aerospace, military and defence, industrial automation, space exploration, healthcare and automotive industries. Companies say the partnership will let regional customers access Markforged’s design-to-print capabilities and on-demand parts production while layering Phillips’ service and hybrid systems expertise.
