Moab’s winter quiet turns into a focused and friendly scene this month, with live music, a cluster of community events and a major trail race that demands planning from runners and spectators alike. February is proving to be a strong window for solitude, lower crowds and operator deals that make the red rock playground both accessible and affordable.
