Talitha Marie Wickham Arrested in Baker County for Driving While Revoked

Talitha Marie Wickham, 45, was arrested by Baker City police after a traffic stop at Myrtle and 10th streets at 12:32 a.m. Feb. 23 and jailed on a driving-while-revoked entry in the public safety log. The Baker City Herald printed the log line exactly as: “DRIVING WHILE REVOKED: Talitha Marie Wickham, 45, Baker City, 12:32 a.m. Feb. 23 at Myrtle and 10th streets; jailed.”

The two log lines — the Nov. 29, 2025 La Grande entry and the Feb. 23, 2026 Baker City entry — are recorded with different times, dates, and locations. The publicly posted logs do not connect the two records as a single incident; they appear as separate entries in separate agency logs, each naming Talitha Marie Wickham and showing DOB 11/25/1980.
