Triangle Yoga Festival 2026 in Apex March 7 Focuses on Feeling Alive

Peak Fit Events is mounting the Triangle Yoga Festival on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the Apex Senior Center, 63 Hunter Street, with a full day of indoor and outdoor classes, workshops, speakers and healing framed around the theme “to feel alive.” The Triangle Weekender listing pronounces “This year’s theme is to feel alive,” and organizers say the festival will use the green lawn space between the John Brown Community Center, the Apex Senior Center and Apex Town Hall for outdoor programming.

The festival schedule opens with an outdoor meditation led by Pendora at 11:35am - listed on event pages as 11:35 AM to 12:00 PM - and closes with a ceremony at 6:00pm.
