The Indiana Basketball Coaches Association named 15 seniors and 15 underclass boys' basketball players to its "Supreme 15" All-State honors for 2025-26, also releasing Large School All-State teams of 17 seniors and 16 underclass players, and Small School All-State teams of 16 seniors and 15 underclass players.

The Supreme 15 is the top honor awarded, with players voted to that group without regard to school size, and players who make it are not considered for Large School or Small School honors. Large School and Small School honor teams typically carry 15 players each, but ties in voting resulted in more players on three of the four groups this year.

The Senior Supreme 15 consists of Keaton Aldridge Jr. of Indianapolis Cathedral, Dane Caldwell of Silver Creek, Luke Ertel of Mt. Vernon (Fortville), DeZhon Hall of Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, Evan Harrell of Carmel, Terrence Hayes Jr. of Gary 21st Century, Tyrese Jones of South Bend Riley, Jashawn Ladd of Ben Davis, Kai McGrew of Fishers, Brennan Miller of Lawrence North, Brady Scholl of Northridge, Dikembe Shaw of Crown Point, Nick Shrewsberry of South Bend Saint Joseph, Noah Smith of Plainfield, and Baron Walker of Noblesville.

The Underclass Supreme 15 includes Harper Baker-Lands of Plainfield, Devin Bolden of Indianapolis Cardinal Ritter, Caleb Coolman of Penn, Cash Daniels of Carmel, Jason Gardner Jr. of Fishers, Isaiah Hill of Pike, Brandon Hunter of Silver Creek, Elijah King of South Bend Saint Joseph, Landon Lampley of Pike, Jahari Miller of Pike, Austin Schlabach of Westview, Max Vise of Mt. Vernon (Fortville), Noah Washington of New Albany, Mack Welker of Homestead, and Cooper Zachary of Fishers. Pike placed three players on the Underclass Supreme 15, more than any other program in the state.

Several players carry notable momentum into the recognition. Westview's Austin Schlabach and Homestead's Mack Welker were selected as ranking among the 15 best non-seniors in the state, while seniors Landon Richmond of Columbia City and Xavier Wilson of Snider earned spots on the Large School All-State list, and Kaden Grau of Westview was named Senior Small School All-State. Among the partial Large School Senior All-State names released, Jack Clark of Bloomington South, Justin Curry III of Noblesville, and Mason Darrell of Crown Point also received selections.

Hamilton County produced a notable cluster of honorees. Six county players appeared among the two Supreme 15 rosters, with Hamilton Southeastern sophomore Varschon Clark and Guerin Catholic junior Jake Grissom landing on the Underclass Large School All-State list.

An additional 96 seniors and 94 underclass players were recognized as honorable mention all-state, with those laurels awarded without regard to school size. In total, 284 players, comprising 144 seniors and 140 underclass players, were recognized on the 2026 IBCA boys' basketball All-State teams, drawn from 706 nominations submitted by 331 schools.

The selections were determined by a panel of 22 IBCA coaches, consisting of 16 from current regional areas plus six at-large representatives, two each from IHSAA Districts 1, 2 and 3, with former West Lafayette coach David Wood serving as the non-voting committee chairman who finalizes the lists.

The IBCA will provide plaques to Supreme 15 honorees and certificates to players receiving Large School All-State, Small School All-State, and Honorable Mention recognition. Plaques will be sent via U.S. mail to each Supreme 15 honoree's coach in April, while certificates will be emailed as PDFs to coaches of all other recipients in mid-April. Coaches may then present the awards to players before the end of the 2025-26 academic year.
