Indiana Girls Basketball Futures Game Rosters Set for June 2026
Janaya Cooper, last year's Futures Game MVP, headlines the 24-player roster for the June 1 Indiana Girls Basketball Futures Game.

Games director Mike Broughton announced the 24-player rosters for the fourth annual Indiana Girls Basketball Futures Game on March 26, with Fort Wayne Snider sophomore Janaya Cooper headlining a field of freshmen and sophomores set to compete June 1 in a North-South doubleheader. The site remains to be determined, but the girls game is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. EDT with the boys game to follow around 8:00 p.m.
Cooper is the marquee name on the Futures North roster. Widely regarded among the state's top 2028 prospects, the 5-11 guard led the Panthers to a sectional championship this past season, averaging 19.1 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.2 steals and 1.4 blocks across 18 games while missing time due to injury. She is no stranger to this stage: in last year's Futures Game, Cooper posted 16 points, eight rebounds and three assists and was named game MVP as the North prevailed 106-92 over the South.
The North roster, which will be coached by Pike's Keith Hollins and Valparaiso's Kelly Kratz, also includes Culver Academy freshman Laine Lyles, a 5-10 guard who played varsity as a middle schooler in Tennessee before averaging 15.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.8 steals per game for the regional champion Cavaliers this season. Bellmont sends two players to the North squad, sophomores Ashley Bleke and Marianne Bleke, representing the Class 3A state champions. Homestead also contributes two sophomores in Delaney Noll and Suzy Perego.
The South roster features two of the more statistically impressive freshmen in the state. Hamilton Heights' Riley Suarez, a 6-1 forward, averaged 21.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals across 21 games while shooting 56% from the field and 43% from three-point range, anchoring a Huskies team built primarily around first-year players. Cathedral sophomore Caroline Wiggins contributed 10.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.7 steals and 1.2 blocks per game for the sectional champion Irish.
Oak Hill sophomore Brianna Dailey brings a different kind of resume to the South team. A two-sport standout in her first full varsity season, Dailey helped the Golden Eagles to a 2A state runner-up finish while averaging 15.6 points and 6.6 rebounds and shooting 59% from the field. Center Grove's Haley Wagoner, also on the South squad, was a key piece of the Trojans' 4A state title run, quadrupling her scoring output to 8.1 points per game and shooting 55% from the field.
The South will be coached by Center Grove's Kevin Stuckmeyer and Beech Grove's Amy Selk. Eight players on the combined 2026 rosters, including Cooper, Nyomi Hahn, Riley Johnson, Hillary Labis, Delaney Noll, Suzy Perego, Caroline Wiggins and Zoey Wood, played in last year's Futures Game.
Admission for All-Star events is $15 per person at the door, with pre-school children admitted free. The Futures Game is part of a broader Indiana All-Star calendar that includes a Junior-Senior All-Star game June 3 at Mt. Vernon in Fortville, where Lake Central's Joe Huppenthal will serve as head coach of the girls' All-Stars.
