Down a game and facing a seasoned opponent, Arjun Singh did not flinch. The 15-year-old rallied from a first-game deficit to defeat Rashein Samuel 7–11, 11–3, 11–7 in the Pro Men's Singles final at the PickleBay Zonals – West, a PWR 700 event sanctioned by the Indian Pickleball Association, held at Dink in Hinjewadi, Pune on March 13.

The opening game went Samuel's way convincingly, but Singh's response was swift and decisive. He dominated the second game 11–3, erasing any doubt about his composure under pressure, then held firm in the third to close it out 11–7 and secure the title. The win extended what has been a strong domestic season for Singh, who has built a reputation on the Indian pickleball circuit for consistent, high-level performances.

Samuel's road to the final was its own story of recovery. He lost his opening match in the group stage, then steadied himself to win three of his four remaining group matches and advance to the knockout rounds. In the semi-final, he dispatched Anish in straight games, 11–6, 11–8, to book his place in the final. The comeback narrative that carried him through the tournament ultimately ran out against a Singh who was in full control from the second game onward.

The Pro Men's Singles draw at this PWR 700 event brought together a competitive field from the domestic circuit, including Dhiren Patel, Arik Badami, Ammol Ramchandani, Rishi Reddy, Anay Patil, Tejas Gulati, and Aman Patel. All fell short of the final as Singh and Samuel separated themselves from the field through the bracket stages.

For Singh, the title at Dink, Hinjewadi adds another result to a domestic season that is beginning to look like something worth tracking closely. Winning a PWR 700 event at 15, against a field that includes established names on the Indian circuit, is the kind of performance that tends to accelerate a young player's trajectory.
