Momcozy used ABC Kids Expo 2026 to make a practical case for baby-shower gifting: less cute clutter, more postpartum utility. The brand said on May 14 that it was debuting several new maternal-care offerings at the Las Vegas show, casting itself as a company built around the realities of modern motherhood rather than a single-category pump maker.

That message landed in the middle of a crowded trade-show floor. ABC Kids Expo ran May 13-15 at Mandalay Bay Resort + Convention Center and marked its 22nd year, drawing more than 3,000 attendees and 320-plus exhibiting brands. The 2026 edition also added a New Product Showcase with more than 60 brands, a setup aimed at helping buyers, media and creators sort through what matters. For a brand like Momcozy, that environment matters because the products making noise here are the ones most likely to show up later in registry suggestions, store floors and the gift bags that shape what people buy for showers.

Momcozy leaned on data to back the shift. The company cited a 2026 Nielsen study it commissioned that found 33% of moms wanted products that reduced steps and effort in daily routines, 32% wanted items that saved time and streamlined caregiving, and 42% said comfort and burden reduction increased trust in a brand. Another 40% valued brands that made them feel emotionally understood, while 65% identified breastfeeding and pumping as core postpartum feeding responsibilities. That is a sharp reminder that the most useful baby-shower gift may now be the thing that makes 3 a.m. feeding, recovery and carry-around life easier, not the thing that looks best stacked on a table.

The company is already set up for that broader pitch. Momcozy says its lineup includes breast pumps, nursing bras, baby carriers and care essentials, and that it is trusted by more than 4.5 million moms worldwide. It has been building the maternal-support story for years, saying in 2024 that it had been bringing products to mothers since 2018 and was endorsed by 3 million mothers in more than 60 countries. It also used 2024 to launch the Momcozy Village campaign, which included a white paper based on the voices and experiences of more than 1,000 mothers, and later teamed with Jenna Dewan on an Exclusive Cozy Gift Set of new-mom essentials.

By the time Momcozy returned to ABC Kids Expo in 2025 with its thinnest wearable breast pump and abdomen solutions, the strategy was already clear. The 2026 launch extends that play, and it signals a category that is moving past novelty gadgets toward gear that solves the messy, expensive, emotionally loaded work of postpartum life. For baby showers, that means the best present may increasingly be the one that earns a permanent place in the recovery room.
