OSHA Establishment Search Shows Inspections Through Feb. 19, 2026 for Taco Bell
OSHA's Establishment Search now reflects inspection records through Feb. 19, 2026; Taco Bell workers should check their store's entries and ensure Form 300A is posted and ITA filings meet the March 2, 2026 deadline.

OSHA's public Establishment Search now includes inspection and enforcement records up to Feb. 19, 2026, giving Taco Bell crew and managers a single place to look for recent inspections. OSHA noted that its Establishment Search database reflects inspection data through 02/19/2026, and employees should use the tool to locate their specific store or franchisee entries by name or address.
The Establishment Search is the agency's public tool for checking inspections and enforcement records, and it can show inspection dates, citations, and enforcement history for an individual establishment. If you want to confirm whether your Taco Bell location appears, search variations of "Taco Bell," franchisee names, Yum! Brands entries, or the store address in the Establishment Search web UI.
Electronic reporting obligations now overlap with the Establishment Search's visibility. OSHA's 2023 final rule took effect January 1, 2024 and requires certain establishments to submit Forms 300, 300A and 301 electronically. “YOU MUST also submit 300/301 data if your establishment(s) has 100 or more employees and is in an industry listed in Appendix B to Subpart E of 29 CFR Part 1904,” MRA guidance warns, underlining that applicability is based on establishment size - not company size - and the establishment's primary NAICS code.
The Injury Tracking Application - ITA - opened for 2025 data entry on January 2, 2026. AHCA/NCAL states, “The ITA is already open for submissions (data entry for 2025 began January 2, 2026).” Employers are advised to “Submit your required injury and illness data electronically through OSHA's Injury Tracking Application (ITA) by March 2, 2026.” For 2025 data, the posting window for Form 300A runs February 1 through April 30, 2026 and must be certified by a company executive, per AHCA/NCAL's posting requirement.
OSHA's Site-Specific Targeting program remains an active enforcement lever. “The current version of the SST, which went into effect on February 7, 2023, targets establishments for inspection if they have significantly lower or higher than industry average injury rates based on reporting year 2021 data, or upward-trending injury rates based on 2019 through 2021 data,” Ehs explains, and SST also targets apparent non-responders who failed to submit required 300A data for reporting year 2021.

Privacy risks sharpen as more detailed incident records are filed. Ehs notes that Forms 300 and 301 “contain more details about specific incidents, including identifying information about the employees involved, whether hospitalizations were involved, diagnosis of specific injuries and illnesses, and description of medical treatments administered,” and adds that “in the absence of safeguards, there is a possibility that protected personal and confidential information could be publicly shared when OSHA publishes this information.”
Managers and HR staff can submit or edit ITA entries through OSHA's web forms or CSV upload, and OSHA advises: “If you are submitting data for only a few establishments, using the web forms is easier and faster than uploading CSV files.” To edit previously submitted data OSHA instructs users to: 1. Login to the ITA and select "View Establishment List"; 2. Select the establishment name link of the facility you want to edit; 3. Select "Edit 300A Data" and edit data as applicable; 4. If relevant to your establishment, select the "Add or Edit 300/301 Data" button, and add additional cases as needed; 5. Re-submit the data. That combination of public inspection records through Feb. 19, 2026, recurring March 2 ITA deadlines, and SST targeting means Taco Bell managers should confirm their establishment headcounts, post and certify Form 300A by February 1, 2026, and, where required, submit Forms 300/300A/301 through the ITA by March 2, 2026 to avoid being flagged as non-responders.
