Olive Branch set to open all-day cafe in Woodinville hotel hub

Olive Branch is scheduled to open July 30 at 14430 147th Place NE, Suite 1, beneath The Somm Hotel & Spa in Woodinville, and it is aiming well beyond a simple hotel coffee counter. The women-owned shop from Breanna Beike and Kelly Trace will fold an all-day cafe, scratch bakery, coffee bar, mercantile, and catering operation into one stop in Washington wine country.

The menu is built to run all day, not just through the morning rush. Olive Branch’s website says it will serve seasonal breakfast, lunch, and light dinner dishes made with ingredients from local farms and producers, while the business also plans bakery items and a curated retail component. That mix gives the shop a clear play inside the hotel: coffee for overnight guests, pastry and lunch for locals, and a place to browse for visitors spending the day in Woodinville’s wine corridor.

The team behind the opening comes with a hospitality-and-baking background, and Olive Branch says Beike and Trace previously worked on Heritage Restaurant and Tarte Bakery. Company filing materials list Olive Branch WVille LLC with Breanna Beike, Kelly Trace, and Tom Vasilatos as executive officers, giving the business a formal structure ahead of launch. Woodinville Chamber of Commerce materials place Olive Branch in the Hollywood District and describe it as opening this summer.

The setting matters here as much as the menu. Harvest is a 20-acre mixed-use development that the City of Woodinville says includes 71 townhome units, 294 multifamily units, and 165 hotel rooms. CBRE’s leasing materials describe the Somm and Harvest project as including 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and wine-tasting-room space and more than 450 residential units. The Somm itself is an Autograph Collection hotel with 164 rooms, and official hotel and tourism listings point to Bin 47, The Shed rooftop bar, and Vin de Spa as part of the property’s draw.

That makes Olive Branch more than a convenient amenity tucked under a hotel. In a development built to pull in overnight guests, wine-country visitors, and nearby residents, the cafe is being positioned as a place worth a stop on its own terms, with coffee, food, and a mercantile format that can stretch from breakfast through dinner.
