CityDog Magazine Releases 2026 Bark in the Park Minor League Baseball Schedule

CityDog Magazine published a comprehensive 2026 schedule of dog-friendly Minor League Baseball events on March 9, aggregating confirmed Bark in the Park and similar events across 73 MiLB teams nationwide with dates and locations for each.

The resource, compiled by founder and editor Brandie Ahlgren and her team, spans the full breadth of minor league baseball's dog-friendly calendar. Ahlgren, who lives in West Seattle with 12-year-old boxer Thya and a Mexican foster failure named Pancho, has built CityDog Magazine into a 20-city network covering everything from Seattle to London for urban dog owners.

The El Paso Chihuahuas entry is among the most detailed in the lineup. The team has two Bark at the Park dates scheduled for 2026: Sunday, April 12 at 12:05 PM against the Albuquerque Isotopes, and Wednesday, July 29 at 6:35 PM, also against the Isotopes. Before you load up the car, the rules are specific. All dogs must have current vaccinations for Rabies, DHLP or DHPP, and Bordetella, and proof is required at the gate. Entry and exit runs through the Missouri Gate only, owners must be 18 or older, and each seat holder is permitted one dog. Pet backpacks and carriers are not allowed. Dogs must be leashed, and owners sign a waiver on arrival. Dogs are welcome in any section of the ballpark except inside hospitality areas.

Beyond El Paso, the schedule captures events at both the minor and major league level. The Arizona Diamondbacks are running three Bark at the Park events at Chase Field in 2026, though specific dates had not been published in the materials available at time of writing. The Baltimore Orioles are bringing dogs back to Camden Yards, and the Chicago White Sox have announced a Dog Day billed as an exclusive event at Guaranteed Rate Field.
