If you've ever stared at a Labubu you didn't recognize and had no idea which series it came from, you're not alone. The lineup has grown fast enough that even dedicated collectors lose track. What follows is a complete catalogue of every confirmed series and character name through early 2026, pulled from the release checklist at LabubuCollector.com, an independent fan resource that tracks release histories, photos, and identification tips for Labubu figures. Consider this your reference document.

The Original: Labubu Exciting Macaron (October 2023)

This is where the large plush blind-box era began. The Exciting Macaron series dropped in October 2023 with six standard characters and one secret: Soy Milk, Green Grape, Lychee Berry, Sea Salt Coconut, Sesame Bean, and Toffee, with the secret slot going to Chestnut Cocoa. The flavor-forward naming theme made this series immediately distinctive, and it remains the baseline that most collectors use when they talk about when they got into Labubu. If you're building a complete collection from scratch, this is your starting point.

Have a Seat V2 (July 2024)

The second major large plush series arrived in July 2024 with a character roster that leaned into short, playful double-syllable names: Sisi, Baba, Hehe, Zizi, Ququ, and Dada, with Duoduo as the secret pull. The naming convention here feels very different from the Macaron series, which is worth noting if you're trying to identify a figure without packaging. Six standard names plus one secret is the format that carried forward.

Big Into Energy V3 (April 2025)

April 2025 brought V3, and Pop Mart shifted to an abstract, emotion-based naming system. The six standard characters are Love, Happiness, Loyalty, Serenity, Hope, and Luck. The secret character goes by ID, which is one of the more unusual secret names in the lineup. The "Big Into Energy" title tracks with the upbeat, positive-emotion theme running through each name, and the series came out at a point when Labubu secondary market demand was running extremely hot.

Pin for Love V4 (August 2025)

V4 is the most ambitious series in terms of scope. Released in August 2025, Pin for Love V4 used the full alphabet as its organizing framework, running A through Z, plus the symbols ? and &, and carrying two secret characters: Secret: ! and Secret: Heart. That's a minimum of 28 named figures in a single series if you count the standard alphabet plus the two symbols, and then two additional secret pulls on top. The alphabet-based design gave collectors a completionist target that earlier series couldn't match, and it's why V4 has driven some of the most active checklist-tracking behavior in the community.

The character grid visible in identification references covers a portion of the V4 lineup. Reading left to right across three rows: the top row contains S (Smile), V (Victory), N (Nice), W (Win), and U (Unity); the middle row has Z (Zest), Y (Yes), T (Trust), and X (XFactor); and the bottom row lists & (And), R (Respect), Q (Quiet), P (Peace), and O (Openness). These letter-to-name assignments are useful for identification when you have a figure but no box, since the face and letter sculpt together are often easier to cross-reference than packaging alone.

Labubu V5: Rumored, Not Confirmed

As of the checklist update on March 9, 2026, V5 is officially in rumor territory. The circulating story, which picked up in January 2026, is that Pop Mart will release a new Labubu keychain series sometime in early or mid 2026. The character names are listed as TBD, and no theme has been confirmed. The fan speculation worth noting is that V5 might be based on calendar days, following the same logic V4 used with the alphabet. That would be a large series if true, potentially 365 characters or some subset. Nothing from Pop Mart has confirmed that direction. Until there's an official announcement, treat everything about V5 as community speculation.

The Sanrio Collaboration (March 12, 2026)

This is the release most people are watching right now. The Labubu x Sanrio blind-box collaboration is listed as dropping March 12, 2026, which is tomorrow as of this writing. The set contains six characters, confirmed by a Pop Mart product screenshot showing all six designs. The collaboration follows the standard blind-box format. The individual character names for this set were not included in the checklist excerpts available at time of publication, so a full breakdown of which Sanrio characters are represented will need to come from the product listing directly once it goes live. Given Sanrio's roster depth, including Hello Kitty, My Melody, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and others, the six slots could go in several directions.

The Related Lines: Zimomo and Mokoko

Labubu exists within a broader Pop Mart universe, and two related character lines have their own named releases worth cataloguing. Zimomo has three confirmed variants: I Found You, Angel in Clouds, and 10th Anniversary. Mokoko has a larger roster: Twinkly Fairy Tale, Magic of Pumpkin, Fall to Spring, Close to Sweet, Blue Diamond, and Jump Into Summer. Release dates for both lines are noted in the checklist as requiring a separate breakdown, so specific drop dates for individual Zimomo and Mokoko variants aren't captured here. The names alone are useful for identification purposes, particularly Mokoko's seasonal and nature-themed naming pattern.

A Note on Secret Characters

Every major series in the large plush lineup has included at least one secret pull, and knowing the names matters when you're buying secondhand and a seller claims they have a secret variant. Running through the confirmed secrets by series: Chestnut Cocoa (Exciting Macaron), Duoduo (Have a Seat V2), ID (Big Into Energy V3), and both ! and Heart (Pin for Love V4). Pull rates for these secret variants aren't documented in the available checklist data, but the existence of two secrets in V4 rather than one is notable and worth factoring into any blind-box math you're running.

What's Still Unconfirmed

The gaps worth flagging: the full A-to-Z character name mapping for Pin for Love V4 beyond the partial grid shown above hasn't been publicly compiled in text form, the individual Sanrio character names for the March 12 drop aren't in the checklist yet, and V5 has no confirmed theme, character list, or hard release date from Pop Mart. The Zimomo and Mokoko release dates by variant are also outstanding. These are the items to watch as 2026 progresses, and a collector resource like LabubuCollector.com tracking updates in real time is where that information will likely surface first as official details emerge.
