MoMo’s Pasta Opens in Frisco Under Momo’s Bistro Brand
MoMo’s brings roughly 30 mostly house-made pastas to Legacy Commons at 1279 Legacy Drive, Suite 100 in Frisco, with the Frisco site listing hours and phone (214-618-2100).

A long-running Dallas Italian operation now has a presence in Frisco, listing 1279 Legacy Drive, Suite 100 in Legacy Commons as its Frisco address and positioning a menu built around roughly 30 pasta dishes, many made in-house. The business appears online under the name Momo’s Bistro while press coverage has referred to it as MoMo’s Pasta, a discrepancy the company has not yet clarified publicly.
The Frisco website for Momo’s Bistro displays the address 1279 Legacy Drive, Suite 100, Frisco, TX 75034 and a contact number of (214) 618-2100, and it carries the banner “We’re Open & Ready to Serve!” Site hours are listed as Monday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 10:00 pm, and the site invites customers to “Become a VIP,” order online, and enter a promotion to “Win $500! Enter by writing a dish review to help others. Drawing 3/1.”
Menu details published about the operation’s Dallas roots indicate the menu is “centered around 30 pasta dishes” with examples such as linguine carbonara, lobster ravioli, and tortelli stuffed with asparagus, ricotta, and prosciutto in a cream sauce, with pasta prices reported in the $23 to $32 range. A description in previous coverage notes that “they make most of their pastas in house.” The operation also makes pizza and, notably, the copy points out, “Weirdly, they add milk to their pizza crust dough.”
The Atlantic-style lineage of the brand traces back through Dallas moves: the restaurant “started out on Knox Street, moved to the Quadrangle, then relocated to its current residence in the former Sallio’s Bistro space at 11910 Preston Rd. in 2020, by which time Ghomi had sole ownership.” That ownership surname appears in historical notes about the Preston-Forest location, though sources do not supply Ghomi’s full name or a formal title for the Frisco expansion.

Public statements tied to the rollout include a representative saying they hoped to open in “late November or early December,” a timeframe referenced in November 2025 coverage; by February 17, 2026 the operation was included in a Frisco-area roundup of Italian restaurants. The Frisco address situates the restaurant in Legacy Commons alongside tenants such as III Forks, Kenny’s Burger, and Cantina Laredo.
The branding mismatch remains the clearest open item: the franchised-sounding web presence uses Momo’s Bistro and markets “modern bistro dining” and cocktails, while long-running local references continue to call it MoMo’s Pasta and emphasize a neighborhood trattoria approach - “neighborhood trattoria you might find in Naples or Venice.” If the Frisco kitchen mirrors the Preston-Forest practices of in-house pasta production and the reported $23 to $32 price band, the new location will arrive as a full-service Italian option in Legacy Commons reachable at (214) 618-2100 during the posted 11:00 am to 10:00 pm hours.
