Sedona Yoga Festival 2026 Schedule Opens, Featuring Somatic, Breathwork and Land Sessions
Sedona Yoga Festival 2026 opened passholder schedule selection April 4, previewing 150+ sessions including Bell Rock sunrise hatha and somatic science immersions for April 23-26.

Passholder schedule selection for the 13th annual Sedona Yoga Festival opened April 4 at 7:00 a.m. PT, giving registered attendees their first window into a four-day program that spans somatic science workshops, sunrise practices at Bell Rock, and a traditional Sri Shakti Abhishekam ceremony. Account invitations were issued by April 3, setting a tight onboarding sequence ahead of the April 23-26 event in Sedona, Arizona.
The 2026 program includes more than 150 guided sessions spanning yoga classes, workshops, lectures, outdoor experiences, and complementary healing modalities. With 77 to 108 presenters each year, SYF offers a uniquely diverse program, and approximately 40 additional teachers are still being added to the roster.
The schedule makes the sector's pivot toward evidence-informed programming explicit. Pre-conference immersions launching Thursday, April 23, include "The Science of the Somatic Reset," while the main program weaves in "Science of Pranayama" and "Beyond Inhale & Exhale: The Breath Map Yoga Forgot" alongside trauma-conscious yoga trainings. Physical practice sessions, including "Rocket Vinyasa" and "Hip Opening & Splits Mastery," run parallel to those analytical threads, while kirtan, sound baths and DJ sets carry the schedule into the evenings.
Venue logistics divide the program between the Tequa Ballroom and outdoor "On the Land" sessions inside Coconino National Forest. Bell Rock anchors the sunrise pranic hatha sessions, and chakra-themed outdoor sequences use the surrounding terrain as an active element of the session design rather than simply as backdrop.

AumBase, Inc., the organization behind the festival, was formed in 2016 as an expansion of the former Sedona Yoga Festival Corp and is owned and managed by Heather Shereé Sanders. Sanders became the sole director and producer of the annual Sedona Yoga Festival in 2018 and became sole owner of AumBase, Inc. in 2022. The Sedona Yoga Festival itself has been held annually since 2013.
Pass options for 2026 range from approximately $399 to $1,975, with payment plans and scholarship opportunities available on select offerings. Pre-conference and post-conference immersions, including an option on Monday, April 27, are ticketed separately from the main festival pass and available à la carte. With over 150 sessions competing for finite slots, the April 4 scheduling window gave passholders with targeted priorities a meaningful head start.
The 13th edition's pairing of breathwork research, ancestral ceremony and national-forest terrain makes SYF's evolution from festival to "conscious evolution conference" visible in the schedule grid itself.
