YogaFaith Launches World's First Christian, Bible-Based Sound Therapy Certification
YogaFaith, the Seattle-based Christian yoga school, launched what it calls the world's first Bible-based sound therapy certification, open to students globally.

YogaFaith, the Seattle-based organization that describes itself as the world's leading Christian yoga school, announced on March 18 the launch of its Sound Therapy Certification Program, which it claims is the first and only Christian, Bible-based, Jesus-focused sound therapy course available anywhere in the world.
The program marks a significant expansion for YogaFaith, which was founded in 2013 and holds a notable distinction in the credentialing world: it is the only Christian institution accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). The school also carries certifications through Yoga Alliance, the American Council on Exercise, the National Association of Sports Medicine, the American Sports & Fitness Association, and the International Coaching Federation.
The Christian Yoga Association has characterized the program as the first and only Jesus-focused sound therapy course of its kind available globally, a claim YogaFaith has also made in its own materials. Those "first and only" assertions have not been independently verified.
One student already enrolled in the program offered a pointed endorsement. "This is one of the most comprehensive and spiritually meaningful investments I have ever made in my education and ministry," said Kathleen M., identified in YogaFaith's release as a Sound Therapy Student.
The launch fits squarely within YogaFaith's stated purpose. The organization describes its mission as integrating biblical truth with holistic wellness, equipping believers around the globe to bring healing to the whole person, covering body, mind, and spirit. Sound therapy has grown steadily within broader wellness communities, and YogaFaith is positioning this certification as the definitive entry point for faith-centered practitioners who want to work within a scriptural framework rather than a secular or spiritually pluralistic one.
The program is available to students worldwide. Those interested can reach YogaFaith through contact person Michelle Thielen at teachertraining@yogafaith.org or by calling +1 360-521-0963. Enrollment information is available at yogafaith.org.
