That traffic matters because the outlet center already competes for spending on the exact purchases many North Georgia households plan around: school clothes, seasonal basics, gifts and higher-end items that are easier to buy at a discount. Official and destination listings describe the property as a walkable village with more than 140 designer and name-brand stores, a mix that gives it broader appeal than a single-category strip center.
