Toll Brothers launched sales at The Crossing at Coal Mountain on Settingdown Road in Cumming, opening two single-family home collections and three model homes at the master-planned community in Forsyth County.

The Heartland Collection and Magnolia Collection are now open at 3505 Settingdown Road, giving Cumming-area buyers their first look at what Toll Brothers is building on the Coal Mountain corridor. Three model homes, named the Tearose, Sweetwater, and Willowbrook, are currently available for tours on-site.

Pricing starts in the mid-$600,000s for the Heartland Collection, which offers three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor living spaces, and optional lofts and flex rooms. The Magnolia Collection steps up to four to five bedrooms and 2 to 5.5 bathrooms, with prices beginning in the mid-$700,000s. Both collections include outdoor living spaces as standard features.

Eric White, Division President of Toll Brothers in Georgia, said the two collections were designed with flexibility in mind. "These new collections offer a variety of single-family home designs with an array of personalization options, allowing home shoppers to truly create their dream home in a community that will offer exceptional amenities, dining and retail, and a vibrant lifestyle," White said.

Buyers at the community will have access to Toll Brothers' Design Studio, which the company describes as a one-stop shop where professional design consultants help customers select finishes and features to personalize their homes.

The March 10 grand opening represents only the first phase of what Toll Brothers envisions as a broader mixed-product community. Two additional townhome collections are anticipated to open for sale in late spring, rounding out what the builder describes as four distinctive collections planned for the site.

The Crossing at Coal Mountain sits in one of Georgia's fastest-growing counties, where demand for new construction has remained strong as households continue relocating to the Cumming area. Forsyth County's school system has been cited as a draw for families considering the community.
