Key Colony Beach Annual Streets of Green Parade Set for March 17
Key Colony Beach's "Streets of Green" parade rolls down West Ocean Drive on Tuesday, March 17, starting at 5 p.m.

Key Colony Beach is bringing its annual "Streets of Green" celebration to the streets this Tuesday, March 17, with a 5 p.m. parade through the heart of the island city.
The parade route travels along West Ocean Drive and East Ocean Drive from 15th Street to 1st Street, cutting through one of the Middle Keys' most closely knit residential communities. The St. Patrick's Day tradition draws the small city's full attention each March 17, with neighbors lining the oceanside drives as the procession moves toward the southern end of the route.
Keys Weekly has described Key Colony Beach as "the place to be in the Middle Keys on Saint Patrick's Day," a nod to how firmly the annual event has taken hold as the region's go-to St. Paddy's Day gathering.

Details on road closures, parking, and parade participants had not been released as of Saturday. Anyone planning to attend should contact Key Colony Beach city offices directly for the most current guidance on access and logistics ahead of Tuesday evening.
