Connie R. Craig, who spent many dedicated years working at Stewart Warner in Tell City before retiring in 2008, died Monday, March 23, 2026. She was 85.

Craig was born February 24, 1941, in Owensboro, Kentucky. She married Charles Craig on March 21, 1970, and the couple shared 40 years together in Tell City before Charles died in 2011.

Her obituary, posted by Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home, placed family at the center of her life: "Her greatest joy came from her family. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the light of her life." She is survived by three children, Tony (Kim) Barker of St. Marks, Joyce (Donnie) Brandle of Reynolds Station, and Jerry (Missy) Craig of Tell City, along with multiple grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Outside of family, Craig found pleasure in visiting the casino and tending to her flower garden.
