Those three source-attributed snapshots do not converge: SteamCharts hub shows 37,856 playing, Steam & Game Stats lists 58,718 current (page updated Feb 15, 2026 @ 12:35pm), and SteamDB reports 2,610 for Call of Duty: Black Ops III as of Feb 19, 2026 – 17:04:54 UTC. The original consolidated note for the dataset specified that system snapshots were updated on February 25–26, which the aggregation used as the late-February picture.
