Promotional and OTA pages list a grand opening of March 31, 2026, creating two official milestones as the hotel begins accepting guests.

The new resort sits at 8-19 Tokaigan-cho, Atami City, Shizuoka Prefecture 413-0012, also romanized in some listings as ８−19 Higashikaiganchō, and faces Sagami Bay alongside National Route 135. La Vista Atami Terrace occupies three newly built towers: a 6-story Central Plaza Tower, a 17-story East Tower, and a 15-story North Tower, and lies roughly an 8–10 minute walk from JR Atami Station, with Shinkansen service from Tokyo Station taking about 40 minutes.
