The Division Resurgence Teases Major News During 10th Anniversary Stream
The Division's 10th anniversary livestream will air March 3 at 9:00 AM PT / 6:00 PM CET, with Massive Entertainment hosting and Twitch drops available through March 10 at 3:59 PM PT.

Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment will host a 10th anniversary livestream for The Division franchise on March 3, starting at 9:00 AM PT / 17:00 GMT / 18:00 CET, with the primary feed on The Division’s Twitch channel and simulcasts planned on Ubisoft’s YouTube channel and The Division 2’s Steam page. “Tune into The Division ’s Twitch channel March 3rd at 9AM PT/6PM CET where the development team at Massive Entertainment will take you through The Division 2’s upcoming Anniversary Season,” Lucy O’Brien wrote for Ubisoft News, laying out the event’s core schedule and viewing options.
The mobile entry, The Division Resurgence, is slated for a prominent segment. Gamereactor summed up the Resurgence portion with the line: “Finally, The Division Resurgence team will share some fresh gameplay and big news, as well as details on how to secure some exclusive rewards.” MMORPG noted Resurgence remains a delayed mobile version that “still seems to have 2026 as a release window,” and Cinelinx reassured handheld players with “Mobile players can take comfort in knowing they will not be left out.”
The stream will also focus on a four-week Anniversary Season for The Division 2, which Ubisoft News described as “a four-week long Anniversary Season” featuring “exclusive and time-limited content only available for this special four-week time period, such as Realism Mode, new gear, and much more.” Cinelinx called the Anniversary Season “the centerpiece,” and both outlets emphasized the return of the fan-favorite Realism Mode alongside new gear drops and additional limited-time features.
Viewers should expect a roadmap update for The Division 2 beyond the Anniversary Season. Gamereactor advised that “The team will also take you through the road ahead for The Division 2, with a look at the upcoming Year 8 plans, an update on Survivors, and a surprise or two.” MMORPG added that the announcement may include crossovers with other Tom Clancy titles, listing Splinter Cell, Siege and Ghost Recon, and said the showcase could reveal “the first of the Year 8 game announcements for The Division 2.”
Twitch drops are a clear incentive to tune in live. Multiple outlets reported the reward schedule and the redemption window: watch 30 minutes to unlock an Anniversary Cache, 1 hour to earn the Decade Arm Patch, 2 hours to unlock another Anniversary Cache, 3 hours to earn the Phoenix weapon skin, and 4 hours to earn the Fay Lau backpack trophy. Drops can be earned through live viewing on The Division’s Twitch channel and remain claimable until March 10 at 3:59 PM PT / 11:59 PM CET.
For context about the franchise’s longevity, Gamereactor referenced a past interview with Massive creative director Yannick Banchereau in which he said, “We'll keep going as long as people will want us to keep going.” With Massive hosting and concrete windows for Resurgence updates, Year 8 outlines, crossover teases, and time-limited Anniversary rewards, the March 3 showcase looks set to shape both immediate play and the franchise’s next year.
