Yoga Expo LA 2026 Returns to Pasadena with Full-Day Schedule, 125+ Exhibitors
More than 3,000 people attended Yoga Expo LA 2026 at the Pasadena Convention Center, a full-day event with over 125 exhibitors, 50+ classes, and headline sessions by Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom.

More than 3,000 attendees filled Exhibit Hall A and the ballrooms at the Pasadena Convention Center for Yoga Expo LA 2026, a full-day gathering of classes, workshops, and a curated marketplace that organizers promoted as pushing the future of yoga and wellness. Doors opened at 10:00 a.m. with VIP early entry at 9:00 a.m., and programming ran through 6:00 p.m.
The convention billed itself as a forward-looking, large-scale meeting for teachers, students, and wellness brands. Event listings described the weekend as now in its eighth year and promoted it as "the nation’s largest yoga-inspired gathering." Vendors and studios populated a marketplace of more than 125 exhibitors that visitors used to sample props, technologies, and holistic products while signing up for workshops and continuing-education opportunities.
The schedule offered multiple tracks across ballrooms and the exhibit hall, with beYogi listing "over 50 classes for all levels." Main-stage and classroom sessions ranged from vinyasa and breathwork to somatic and restorative modalities. Headliners Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom led two prominently listed sessions: Lauren Eckstrom taught a 50-minute slow flow in Room D-E from 12:40 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the pair co-taught a 4:05 p.m. main-stage session titled "Flowing Through the 6 Dimensions." Innerdimensionyoga's session description for Lauren's class read: "Join Lauren Eckstrom, co-founder of Inner Dimension Yoga, for a special 50-minute slow flow yoga practice that is designed to nurture, awaken, and empower through intentional movement, heart-opening backbends, and spacious breathing. As you move through this nourishing practice, you’ll honor strength and softness, intuition and vitality, creation and stillness. Through each posture and breath, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your own inner wisdom, open your heart, and embody the spacious presence that arises when you embrace the full spectrum of who you are. All are welcome to join as we move, breathe, and honor an energy that nourishes, together." The main-stage description read: "Join Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom, co-founders of Inner Dimension Yoga, for a dynamic yoga practice that will take you on an embodied journey through your 6 human dimensions. This practice will include a powerful flow, breathwork, yoga philosophy, inspiration, stories and more to help you integrate mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Expect to flow with grace, strength and vitality as Lauren and Travis trade teaching back and forth to take you on a journey through your 6 human dimensions."
Listings differed slightly on branding for the headliners; some materials listed Eliot and Eckstrom as co-founders of Inner Dimension Yoga while event pages referenced Inner Dimension TV. The distinction appeared in promotional copy rather than program content.

Attendee feedback posted on the event page emphasized accessibility and community. One testimonial read: "Such a beautiful event filled with amazing people and conscious vendors. As a beginner, I felt so welcome, I explored so many styles of yoga. Best weekend ever!" Another attendee wrote: "Spent the entire day at the expo and was able to enjoy four different classes. The marketplace was out of this world. Already planning for next year!"
Practical takeaways for teachers and studios included certificate opportunities and hands-on vendor contact, while families found kid-friendly offerings and beginner access across classes. The Pasadena Convention Center address is 300 E. Green St., Pasadena, CA 91101; the venue can be reached at (626) 793-2122. Hotel Dena (Former Sheraton Pasadena) next to the convention center offered a group rate and listed reservations through its booking line at +1-800-457-7940.
For now, the show reinforced Pasadena’s role as a Southern California hub for yoga and wellness innovation. Expect organizers to post fuller schedules and registration details for future events on the Expo’s official ticketing pages, and for studios and vendors to continue using the gathering as a place to test new classes, props, and tech for the year ahead.
