Cabrinha Union Prestige 905 and 760 earn rave foil review

The Cabrinha Union Prestige 905 and 760 landed in Foiling Magazine’s Issue #26 with a rare verdict: consistently impressive, with awesome glide, beautiful carving, smooth surf and freestyle-ready performance. The review opened with the kind of unboxing excitement that usually signals more than a routine refresh, and Cabrinha’s rebuilt foil family backed that up with new models, an upgraded connection and what the test-center called next-level performance.

Cabrinha says the Union system was created through a collaboration with Mikeslab and that it licenses the original Mikeslab connection system. That detail matters because the platform is doing more than holding parts together; a cleaner, stiffer interface is part of how a foil translates pressure into feel, and the Union rollout puts that hardware rethink at the center of the brand reset.

The Prestige front wing sits at the sharp end of that change. Cabrinha describes it as an ultra high-aspect design built for maximum glide, easy turning and high efficiency, while the matching Union stabilizers come in 160, 180 and 200 sizes with an aspect ratio around 8.5. Cabrinha labels the 160 the loosest and most playful option, the 180 the most versatile all-round choice and the 200 the most stable, which gives the lineup a broader spread than a one-wing, one-style package.

That range is the most interesting part of the 905 and 760 story. The Union system debuted at AWSI in September 2025, and later review commentary added three front wings, 760, 905 and 1150, into the picture. Other testers said the Prestige 905 lifted early and delivered very good glide, with use cases stretching from winging to surf foiling and pump-and-glide sessions. Taken together, the 905 and 760 suggest Cabrinha is aiming past its own loyal base and into the kind of premium, cross-discipline foil design that experienced riders notice fast and remember longer.
