monday.com expands partner program to accelerate AI adoption with Matchmaker
monday.com unveiled a Go-To-Partners platform with an AI Matchmaker and new reseller and distributor tracks to drive monday AI adoption across its partner ecosystem.

At its sixth annual Partner Summit in Prague, monday.com rolled out a major expansion of its partner program centered on AI tools and new commercial routes for partners. The company announced dedicated reseller and distributor tracks, an expanded Partner Advisory Board, a competitive incentive program for partner sales representatives, an AI-embedded Go-To-Partners platform that replaces the legacy partner directory, and an AI-powered Matchmaker engine.
The announcement was made Feb. 17, 2026, at the Prague summit that brought together more than 500 partner professionals from over 40 countries. monday.com framed the move as part of its push to become an AI-first work platform, citing ecosystem metrics from 2025: the partner channel contributed 23 percent of gross added ARR, it was supported by 3,000 certified partner representatives, and the monday.com Marketplace now hosts over 900 apps. Solution partners grew 12.7 percent year-over-year to more than 300, with 793 new authorised partners added during the same period.
Among the program changes, monday.com introduced dedicated reseller and distributor tracks for the first time and said it had expanded the Partner Advisory Board. Company materials describe the shift as broadening partner types and diversifying the partner model beyond traditional revenue-sharing to align with changing customer buying behaviors around AI-driven solutions.
monday.com also launched a competitive incentive program focused on monday AI adoption. Under the program, partner sales representatives who attach AI capabilities or AI features to customer deals will qualify for unique monetary rewards, with top performers recognized globally. Eran Zinman, co-CEO of monday.com, framed the program as supporting partner-led digital work: “Our partners are increasingly leading complex transformations for global customers, and these program enhancements ensure they have the AI resources and capabilities to deliver exceptional value and stay ahead of the pace of innovation.”
The new Go-To-Partners platform embeds AI to surface partners to customers and replaces the legacy partner directory. Central to that platform is Matchmaker, an AI-powered matching engine named Matchmaker that connects customers with best-in-class service partners based on industry, expertise, and business needs. monday.com described Matchmaker as designed to intelligently match customer needs with partner capabilities to accelerate AI-led implementations.
An elite AI Genius specialization tier was introduced to recognize top AI partners and provide enhanced enablement. Benefits listed for the AI Genius specialization include a dedicated proof-of-concept support, additional Marketing Development Funds, and deeper access to product leadership. Zinman framed the partner program upgrade in strategic terms: “Our partner program is central to monday.com’s evolution into an AI-first work platform, and together, we're reimagining how work gets done.”
monday.com said the combined updates are intended to unlock the AI opportunity across the partner ecosystem and open new revenue streams via AI-driven implementations, premium advisory services, and long-term value creation for joint customers. The announcement did not disclose specific monetary amounts for incentive rewards, the exact qualification criteria for attachment of AI to deals, the enrollment process or capacity for the AI Genius tier, or membership details for the expanded Partner Advisory Board.
