ROJ said the new Pizza Hut and accompanying KFC developments are part of a J$300 million investment in construction and fit-outs. The operator noted it employs nearly 2,000 people across its brands and is actively recruiting to staff new and existing locations through hiring fairs and digital recruitment channels. Those efforts aim to blunt the effects of persistent labor shortages in the hospitality sector and to speed up staffing for front-line and back-of-house roles.
