Yoga on the Rocks returns to Red Rocks with preregistration and bilingual classes
Yoga on the Rocks is adding preregistration and bilingual sessions at Red Rocks, with 12 sunrise classes, free parking and a fast-moving ticket window.

Red Rocks is tightening access to Yoga on the Rocks and widening who gets to take part. The 2026 series adds a Fair AXS preregistration window, brings bilingual classes into the lineup and stretches the sunrise season from late May into late August at one of Colorado’s most in-demand venues.
The schedule runs from May 30 through August 29, with doors opening at 6 a.m. and class starting at 7 a.m. There are 11 listed event dates on AXS, while the release materials describe 12 sessions total. Either way, the message is clear: this is no longer a casual drop-in. Registration opens May 6 at 10 a.m. and closes May 10 at 10 p.m. Selected fans will be notified May 13, ticket sales begin May 14 at 10 a.m., and any remaining spots could move to a public on-sale May 15 at 1 p.m.
That ticketing structure matters because Yoga on the Rocks has outgrown simple first-come, first-served handling. Fair AXS is designed to cut down on bot activity, and the limits are strict: four tickets per session during the Fair AXS sale, two per session during the public on-sale and a maximum of six yoga sessions per account. Pricing stays relatively accessible for a marquee venue, with single sessions at $23 and a six-pack at $138.

The real addition this year is access through language. Better Buzz Yoga lists Shanti Rodrigues and Dina Paz as bilingual instructors for 2026. Rodrigues, a Venezuelan native, is returning for her third bilingual class at Yoga on the Rocks. Paz, a Honduran native, teaches in both English and Spanish. Better Buzz also has Ashleigh Humphrey on July 18 and Sarah Terranova on August 8, while The River Yoga is slated for May 30, June 6, June 13, June 20 and June 27. Rooted Heart Yoga & Wellness is set for July 25 and August 15.
Brian Kitts, the Red Rocks spokesperson, said there is something unique about unrolling a mat with thousands of people at the doorstep of the Rocky Mountains, and that is still the event’s selling point. Last year’s series already drew up to 2,000 yogis, and Red Rocks keeps leaning into the full morning experience: free parking in all five lots, arrival recommended between 6 and 6:30 a.m., the North Trail Gate closed and the Top, East and South gates open.

After class, the ritual keeps going. Ship Rock Grille in the Red Rocks Visitor Center is offering brunch, Huckleberry Roasters will sell beverages on the Top Plaza, and Vendor Village, presented by HCA HealthONE, will add the usual mix of merchandise, giveaways and sponsor activations. Yoga on the Rocks has become a destination event because it treats a sunrise class like a major production, and in 2026 it is doing that with more dates, more structure and a wider door for the people who want in.
